I am a Research Bioinformatician at the MRC-University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research.
Before my position at Glasgow, I was a postdoctoral research associate in Bioinformatics at Imperial College London.
I have extensive experience in:
Transcriptomics analysis including RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq and spatial transcriptomics;
Machine learning and pattern recognition;
Nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrum data modelling and analysis.
